Smiths Interconnect released the SpaceNXT™ Ku Series, a family of passive waveguide components used for transmitting signal for MEO/GEO satellites.

The SpaceNXT™ Ku Series is specifically designed for these satellites and is offered with recognised testing sequences to reduce delivery times and the overall cost of ownership.

“The SpaceNXT™ Ku Series provide our customers with a combination of highly reliable technology and lower cost of ownership”, says Paul Harris, VP of Sales & Marketing. “With the SpaceNXT initiative we are creating a more streamlined shopping experience by shifting the product testing responsibility from the customer to us. With the Ku Series we are reaching new heights in operating frequency and bandwidth, enabling our customers to achieve compelling milestones in a growing market.”
