Every year our Smiths Excellence awards recognise and reward the impressive work of our people, across our whole business, to deliver excellence in everything they do and help drive our business forward. The annual event is co-hosted by our Chief Executive and Group HR Director and highlight those who have gone above and beyond for Smiths, their colleagues and their communities.
The award categories are: Excellence in – Health, Safety & Environment, People, Customer, Technology, Supply, Production, Programme, Green Belt, Black Belt, Leadership, Inspiring Individual and Innovation. In previous years we hosted a big event to celebrate these achievements however this year, due to COVID-19, we hosted our first ever online awards ceremony.

Smiths Day happens each and every year. It is a celebration of who we are, our vales and our people. It’s an opportunity to reflect, recognise and thank those who have helped us to reach our goals.
