The Smiths Group Foundation awards grants to charitable organisations nominated by Smiths employees, which align with our purpose of engineering a better future.
Grants focus on these three outcomes:
1. Improving access to quality STEM education for underrepresented groups
2. Improving safety and connectedness

Directed by a committee
The Foundation is directed by a committee of our employees who review grant applications and determine how to allocate funds. We are supported by CAF, a globally renowned and highly respected organisation working with donors and charities across the world.
We are focused on supporting amazing charities like Palace4Life (pictured) who provide career support for young people guiding them towards positive pathways in education, training and employment.
As we are committed to supporting causes that are nominated by Smiths employees, the Foundation is closed to external applications at this time.
