John Crane, part of global technology business Smiths Group, has won a five-year contract to manage the wet seal inventory, technical support and engineering placements at a major Shell complex on Jurong Island, off Singapore.
The contract complements the five-year, global Enterprise Framework Agreement (EFA) John Crane signed with Shell in 2013.
John Donatiello, Vice President of John Crane’s Global End-User Sales and Service, said: “We look forward to partnering with Shell Jurong Island. Our engineers will provide the expertise and service needed to maintain superior performance of seal components critical to their operations. We’re also pleased to continue growing our presence in Southeast Asia, a region experiencing one of the fastest energy production growth rates in the industry.”
