Job Description

Performs diversified duties to provide best possible service to the HVAC market customer base with the purpose of driving sales growth and optimizing the customer experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

Processes orders from customers and sales representatives as well as input data into the company computer platform. Work with inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication to address the needs of our customers. Assure timely delivery of orders by working with other departments on a daily basis. Performs routine clerical support duties to assist the Customer Service department and Sales department. Help facilitate, analyze and resolve customer issues. Provides information per customers’ requirements via telephone, email, and written information to existing and potential customers with management approval. Works closely with Accounting in processing credits and other financial needs per customer requests. Provide solutions, recommendations and product information with a sense of urgency, positivity and empathy. Informs manager of problems with meeting customer requirements. Handles customer complaints, literature requests, and directs returned goods to appropriate personnel for evaluation.

The Individual

High School Diploma required. Associate degree in a related discipline preferred 3 years customer service related experience preferredAbility to work in a fast pace environment and handle multiple requests simultaneously Computer literacy: Microsoft Word and Excel Required, PowerPoint and Outlook preferredStrong Organization & Time Managements SkillsStrong Data entry skillsOutstanding communication skills, both verbal and writtenOutstanding telephone skills, clear, pleasant voiceGood diplomatic skills and tact during stressful situationsPositive, friendly and professional imageStrong desire and passion to help people
